Hyaluronic acid is a is a natural substance that already occurs in the human body and is used to provide volume and fullness to the skin. These crystal clear gels are biodegradable and fully biocompatible. Hyaluronic acid retains water like a sponge, which helps to maintain its volume and density over time. Q. Are these hyaluronic fillers safe?A. Yes. Yes. These types of fillers have been used successfully since 1996 worldwide. There is limited risk of allergic reaction. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding or under 18, you shouldn't use these types of dermal fillers. Q. How long does the effect last?A. These types of fillers are proven to provide long lasting results. Depending on where the dermal fillers is injected, the results can last up to 1 year, although 6-8 months is typical. The product will gradually disappear from the body without a trace. RadiesseRadiesse is a safe, next-generation cosmetic dermal filler that lasts longer than the former leading filler. What is Radiesse made from?A. It is made of unique calcium-based microspheres that are suspended in a natural gel that is injected into the skin through a minimally invasive procedure. Over time, your body absorbs the gel carrier, while collagen starts to grow and infiltrate the area, replacing the gel with your own natural tissue. Q. How long do the effects of Radiesse last?A. Although treatment effects will differ from person to person, Radiesse has been proven to last up to a year. Also, over time, Radiesse will stimulate your body to make new collagen. SculptraSculptra Aesthetic is a new type of facial injectable made from poly-L-lactic acid, which helps to replace lost collagen. The main ingredient is a biocompatible, biodegradable synthetic material that has been used by physicians for decades. Q.
